According to Milliyet, Vietnamese hackers took over FCSB’s e-mail account and forwarded their bank and billing information to Al Gharafa. Without realizing the situation, the Qatari team sent the player’s transfer fee of 5 million 250 thousand euros to the thieves’ account.

FCSB contacted Al Gharafa after noticing the incident, but the Qatari club said, ‘The information sent to us belongs to the Vietnam account. ‘We sent the money.’ It was reported that he received the answer. The Romanian club then filed a complaint with FIFA for the payment of the transfer fee along with late interest.
