Features of Redmi 13 5G will be talked about a lot

Xiaomi introduced many new devices at its launch event today. One of the notable devices among these devices was the Redmi 13 5G smartphone. This new model, which aims to continue the success of its predecessor Redmi 12 5G, comes with many innovations and advanced features.

The back of the Redmi 13 5G attracts attention with its aesthetic crystal glass design and is the first device with a double-sided glass design in this segment. It is available in a variety of color options including Black Diamond, Hawaiian Blue, and Moonstone Silver. On the front of the device, there is a large 6.79 inch Full HD + LCD screen with a hole in the center. This screen provides durability in daily use with its 120Hz adaptive refresh rate and Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection.

The hardware of Redmi 13 5G includes the Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 AE (Accelerated Edition) chipset and this processor is accompanied by up to 8 GB of RAM. The device has an internal storage capacity of 128 GB and can be expanded up to 1 TB with a microSD card. In terms of photography, the dual camera system consisting of a 108 MP Samsung ISOCELL HM6 main sensor and a 2 MP macro camera attracts attention. There is a 13 MP camera on the front.

The device runs on the Android 14-based HyperOS operating system and is guaranteed for two years of operating system updates and four years of security updates. The 5030 mAh capacity battery offers 33W fast charging support. Connectivity options include 5G SA/NSA, dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS and USB Type-C port. The device also has a 3.5mm headphone jack and a speaker placed at the bottom. There is also a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for biometric security and IP53 water and dust resistance features.

Redmi 13 5G is offered for sale with a price tag of 171 USD for the 6GB + 128GB model and 190 USD for the 8GB + 128GB model. The device will be available for purchase from Amazon, mi.com and Xiaomi retail stores starting July 12.
