The highly anticipated new Superman movie, as it is the movie that will kick off the new DC Cinematic Universe, is one step closer to the big screen. Director James Gunn shared a post yesterday and announced that the filming of the film has been completed.
Superman Will Be Released on July 11, 2025
In the new Superman movie, for which James Gunn also wrote the script, young actor David Corenswet brings the beloved hero to life. Corenswet is accompanied by Rachel Brosnahan as Lois Lane and Nicholas Hoult as Lex Luthor in the leading roles. The cast also includes Nathan Fillion, Isabela Merced, Edi Gathegi, Anthony Carrigan and Wendell Pierce.
The highly anticipated Superman will be released on July 11, 2025.
