It is not a building that requires a permit,
In Article 19 of the Condominium Law No. 634, “Flat owners are obliged to maintain the main real estate and meticulously protect its architectural condition, beauty and durability. One of the flat owners cannot have construction, repair and installations, exterior whitewashing or painting of different colors in the common areas of the main real estate, unless the written consent of four fifths of all flat owners is given.” with the provision, in the 42nd article “Flat owners cannot make any changes to the common areas of the main real estate on their own; All innovations and additions that will make the common areas neater or easier to use or increase the benefits to be obtained from these places are made upon the decision of the flat owners by the majority of their numbers and land shares…When the provision ” is evaluated together; it is not necessary to seek the consent of four-fifths of the owners, since the installation process of the charging units, which are not subject to construction activities and are not considered to be a building that requires a license, is not within the scope of “construction in common areas” specified in Article 19 of the Condominium Law.
