One of the biggest obstacles to electric vehicle ownership is the charging problem. Aside from the number of charging stations on the highways, the difficulties faced by users when they wanted to install chargers in their apartments or workplaces were a big problem.
The decisions announced in the latest circular published by the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change have been a development that eases the process of installing chargers in homes or workplaces. With this decision, it was clearly stated that there is no need to seek the consent of a 4/5 majority of all flat owners, as site managements and apartment managers sometimes claim.
How will the new process work?
With this decision, it became easier to install a charging unit in the site car park. So how will the process work in the new period? TEHAD President Berkan Bayram said the following in his statement on the subject:
“A building permit will not be required for the charging units to be installed in the existing site and apartment car parks. There will be no requirement for approval from 4/5 of all flat owners for the charging unit to be installed in the parking area allocated to the flat owner. For the installation of the charging unit in the parking lots in the common area, more than half of the flat owners will not be required.” approval will be sufficient.
The electric vehicle user will have a renovation project drawn up by an authorized electrical engineer for his or her flat. The necessary infrastructure will be established. He/she will be able to install a wall type or mobile charging unit from his/her own meter to the designated parking area in the indoor car park, within the cable channel along the cable route to be determined by the site management. “There is no need to get approval from the site management for this.”
The use of electric vehicles is increasing in our country. It is stated that as of June 2024, 122,670 of the nearly 16 million cars registered in traffic are electric cars. This number was around 80 thousand units in 2023.

Those lighting effects had to be on the top, not just on the sides. In this way, the person using the gun will have to tilt his head to the side and there will be no hernia.

Yes, but a 6x scope works better for farther targets. You can also increase it to 3x when necessary 😀

Good against invasive pigeons. Grabbing a stick and chasing every 5 to 10 minutes was getting tiring.

They may have thought that it was unnecessary because the water it squirted would not hit the target like a bullet.

It would have been even better if a laser sight had been added.
